Turó 22 is a new-build development consisting of a residential building with 22 homes, 28 parking spaces and 20 storage rooms.
The building is divided into two access cores: Staircase A and Staircase B. Staircase A, located on the south side, comprises a ground floor and four upper floors. Staircase B, on the north side, comprises a ground floor and three upper floors.
Both sections are aligned at the same level, creating a single roofline at the top, while at the lower part of the building there is a one-storey offset at ground-floor level.
The communal area includes a private garden measuring 54 x 13 metres, a green space with abundant vegetation that provides sunshine in winter and cool shade in summer, thanks to the woodland-style planting of sweetgum trees, deciduous species whose leaves turn a warm reddish hue in autumn.
Beneath the building is the garage, with perpendicular parking spaces, storage rooms linked to each space and natural ventilation through large openings covered with climbing plants, bringing in daylight and a visual connection to the exterior.
